Foreign-language international Master’s programmes
The Faculty of Humanities of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE BTK) invites foreign citizens to apply to its foreign-language, full-time, tutition-based disciplinary Master’s Programmes for the academic year 2009/2010, starting 21 September 2009.
Duration of studies and number of credits: 4 semesters, 120 credits.
Name of diploma: Master of Arts (MA) in [name of the programme]
Tuition fee: 750 €/semester.
Admissions procedure:

−Prerequisites: at least a BA or other higher education diploma equal to it in the same area (e.g. to apply to German language, literature and culture the applicant has to hold a BA in German), proficiency in the target language.
−the documents to be sent by the applicant, no later than 24 August 2009:
- professional CV and motivational letter (or a combination of the two) in the chosen language of the History program, or the target language (in attached files);
- scanned version of the diploma.
The applications are processed continually, the letter of acceptance will be sent to the applicant immediately upon arrival of the application package. We ask all applicants to start enquiries about and the process of obtaining a student visa as soon as they obtain the verification.
−In order to issue the official documents please attach 4 passport photos, signed on the back, to be handed in at registration.
−Minimum student number for the History programme: 5 persons/language.
